LYNX has two medical options offered through Cigna with an optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through Chard-Snyder. With these medical plans, preventive care is covered at 100% with no need for copay or to reach a deductible. Medications are provided with a copay and the cost will vary depending on the tier of the medication. For all non-preventive care, a copay or deductible will apply depending on the plan selected. LYNX offers an employee only base plan free to its employees. Those employees that wish to upgrade or complete LYNX’ wellness initiatives can enroll in the enhanced plan that offers more copays and a lower deductible than the base plan. Dependents can be added at an additional cost. Each plan also has an out-of-pocket maximum (safety net) which varies depending on the health plan the employee chooses. Once the out-of-pocket maximum is met, all covered medical will be paid 100% by the plan for the rest of the calendar year
