LYNX is a stand alone, governmental unit with an adopted operating budget of $217,008,696 for FY2026 and capital budget of $188,043,312 for FY2026.

The majority of the agency's funding comes from four local funding partners: Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties, plus the City of Orlando.  The chart below represents the sources of revenues LYNX has budgeted towards operating for FY2026.
