We understand that losing an item while using our system can be stressful. Our Lost & Found team will do their best to help reunite you with your belongings as quickly as possible.
What To Do If You Lost an Item
If you believe you left something on a bus, at a station or bus stop:
- Act quickly
Items are collected as follows and processed as they are received.- LYNX Central Station: Daily
- LYNX Operations Center: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- LYNX Osceola Facility: Every Tuesday
- Submit a Lost Item Report
Provide as much detail as possible, including:- Description of the item
- Date and time it was lost
- Route number or location
- Direction of travel
- Your contact information
- Check Back
Not all items are turned in immediately. We recommend checking back after 24-48 hours.
Submit a Lost Item Report
You can report a lost item in one of the following ways:
- By Phone: Call Lost & Found at 407-841-5969 options 2.
- In Person: Visit Lost & Found at the LYNX Central Station Terminal Lobby during business hours.

LYNX IDs are issued 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and every 3rd Saturday of the month

How Long Items Are Held
- General items: Held for up to 90 days.
- Valuables: Held for up to 90 days.
- Perishable items: disposed of immediately.
Unclaimed items may be donated, recycled or disposed of.
Claiming Your Item
To claim a lost item:
- Visit the Lost & Found Window at the LYNX Central Station Terminal Lobby.
- Provide identification and a detailed description of the item.
How To Report an Item
If you find an item on the bus, at a bus stop or at a station:
- Turn it in to the bus operator or station staff.
- Or bring it directly to the Lost & Found Window at the LYNX Central Station Terminal.
Important Notes
- LYNX is not responsible for items lost or stolen.
- Submission of a report does not guarantee recovery.
