The NeighborLink (NL) is a curb-to-curb, on-demand service within your zone — no fixed stops or fixed routes.

You choose your pickup and drop-off locations anywhere inside your designated NeighborLink zone.

Book a Ride

Option 1 — Use the Rides on Demand App

Download the Rides on Demand app (iOS or Android).

1. Open the app and create your account.
2. Enter your pickup and destination inside your zone.
3. Review your $2 fare, estimated wait time, and confirm your trip.
4. Track your vehicle and driver in real time.

Booking Window

• You may request a NeighborLink ride via the application commencing five (5) minutes prior to the initiation of your designated zone; however, scheduling a pick-up prior to the zone start time is not permitted.
• The last trip must be booked 30 minutes before your zone ends.
• To keep service fast and flexible, NeighborLink accepts same-day reservations only. Bookings for the next day cannot be made.

Hours

All service is available Monday through Saturday only. Service hours vary by route. Please refer to the chart below for specific route service hours.

Important

If your zone begins before 5:00 AM or ends after 8:00 PM, you must use the Rides on Demand app to book your trip during those times.

Key Things to Know

• $2 flat fare per ride inside your zone.
• Transfers to/from LYNX fixed-route buses and SunRail are accepted and can be issued.
• ADA-accessible vehicles are available in every zone.
• Ride requests typically arrive within 30 minutes.
• Service is curb-to-curb, and drivers can assist as needed.
• Trips must stay within your NeighborLink zone.
