Florida Public Records Law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes
It is the policy of the state of Florida that all state, county, and municipal records are open for personal inspection and copying by any person. Providing access to public records is a duty of each agency.
Every person who has custody of a public record shall permit the record to be inspected and copied by any person desiring to do so, at any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions, and under supervision by the custodian of the public records.

Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity.
Please be further advised that any written communication received by LYNX is also a public record under Florida law and is subject to being released pursuant to a public records request.
The public records office is located at the LYNX Central Station Administrative Building.
