Webster Avenue from Denning Drive to Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed from Nov. 2 until Nov. 20 due to construction. The following detour will be in effect during this closure: Outbound: Regular to New York Avenue L – Morse Boulevard L – Denning Drive The service stop on Denning Drive and Morse Boulevard will be used as a time point and will wait for connections with inbound Links 9, 43 and 102.
