Retired Employee with Perfect Driving and Attendance Record Rehired

LYNX has been looking to hire new bus operators. A familiar applicant, who has a well-documented record for being punctual, has been rehired for the 26th time. LYNX human resources approved the hiring of Kris Kringle, which is believed to be a record number of rehires for one employee, after conducting a vigorous background check, (then checking it twice). He did promise this year to get his candy cane eating habit under control.
When he starts driving on Nov. 28 not only will he continue with his perfect attendance but, his flawless driving record as well. The ideal employee will head home for the holiday on Dec. 23. Customers lucky enough to find Santa driving their route will ride that Link for free. The bus will be in service Monday-Saturday and routes will change daily.
On Dec. 19, customers can also celebrate with the agency’s Tis The Season Nutcracker Extravaganza holiday event. The LYNX Central Station terminal will be decked-out with numerous nutcracker friends while customers enjoy an afternoon of holiday celebration, playing games, winning prizes and taking a photo with Santa. This event will be 1:30-4:30 p.m.
