SR 436 Transit Oriented Development Study

LYNX and the City of Orlando are conducting a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) study along the SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) corridor from the Orlando International Airport to SR 50 (Colonial Drive). TOD planning provides a vision for future mixed-use and walkable developments that support transit.

There will be three public meetings throughout the service area to discuss the TOD study and gather input.

Learn about the project and share what your vision/goals are for development surrounding the nine proposed station areas.
