Online Bus Pass Purchase and Refund Policy

A few things to keep in mind when purchasing a bus pass online:

When will I receive my bus pass?

  • Online orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days (7 to 10 business days during the holiday season) if shipping within the United States.
  • International orders should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. Please allow extra time for delivery during holiday periods. 
  • LYNX does not assume responsibility or liability for LYNX passes that are lost during shipping.

Can I transfer my paper ticket to the PawPass application?

  • Passes purchased online are non-transferable to the LYNX PawPass application.

Can I get a refund?

  • Passes are non-refundable. LYNX does not replace or offer refunds for lost, stolen, unused, or damaged LYNX passes.
