Project Scope:  The project consists A New Pre-Engineered Metal Maintenance Building Construction with a large concrete parking area with fueling stations and two bus wash stations. This project consists of, but is not limited to, the following trades: Testing, Site Development, Fencing, Landscaping, Irrigation, Concrete, Miscellaneous Steel, Doors, Overhead Doors, Drywall / Metal Studs, Painting, Signage, Specialties, Fuel Systems, PEMB, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC (Mechanical Louvers and Exhaust Fans), Electrical, and Low Voltage. This project has a DBE Requirement.

Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on April 25^th, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Located at McCree General Contractors (500 E. Princeton St, Orlando, Fl 32803). We strongly suggest attending.

Bid Proposals: All bid proposals must be submitted on your standard company letterhead and clearly identify the project name. All bids must be firm bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening bids. The work shall be constructed in accordance with Drawings and specifications.
