LYNX has scheduled public workshops March 7-13 in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties to prepare and update the agency’s Transit Development Plan (TDP).
The TDP is an annual systematic plan that will allow LYNX to develop an effective multi-modal transportation system. It is required by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to receive state funding. The TDP will cover ten years (2013-2022) and will include information on proposed feeder routes to SunRail.

Passengers may travel to the workshop via any Link traveling to LCS. Parking is available in the lot on the corner of Amelia Street and Garland Avenue.
The purpose of these workshops is to gather input on:
- The agency's mission, vision and goals.
- Existing routes, schedules and services.
- Potential (new) routes and services.
- Planning and development priorities.
- Amenities.
- Other issues of importance to riders, stakeholders and the public.

It is anticipated that the "Draft LYNX Transit Development Plan 2013-2022" will be considered for approval by the LYNX Board of Directors on July 26 and will be submitted to FDOT on or before Sept. 1.
