NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 286.011 (8) Fla. Stat., on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 1:45 PM or immediately following the conclusion of the prior Special Meeting if later than the time advertised herein, the Board of Trustees for the ATU Local 1596 Pension Plan will hold an Attorney-Client Shade Meeting at LYNX Central Station, Second Floor Board Room located at 455 N. Garland Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 to discuss the following litigation: Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1596 v. Board of Trustees of the Amalgamated Transit Union 1596 Pension Plan and Case No. 2018-CA-007676-O: Plaintiff’s Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Incorporated Memorandum of Law. The meeting will be attended by the Board of Trustees: Chair Ron Morgan, Secretary Bert Francis, Trustee Brian Anderson, Trustee Maria Carrera, Trustee Frank Luna, and Trustee Donna Tefertiller; Plan Administrator Scott Baur; Board Counsel Pedro Herrera and/or Bob Sugarman; and Court Reporter Lisa Smith or substitute provided by Phipps Reporting. A verbatim transcript of the closed session proceedings will be produced by the court reporter.

Should any interested party seek to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
