Board of Directors to Hold Executive Session

On April 25, 2019, the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX) Board of Directors will have an executive session to discuss pending litigation matters to which LYNX is presently a party. The executive session will be held as part of the Board meeting scheduled for April 25, 2019, at 1 :00 p.m. and will immediately follow the agenda of items open to the public which has been previously published.
The public portion of the LYNX Board of Directors meeting will be held in the LYNX Board Room located on the 2nd Floor at 455 N. Garland Ave., Orlando, Fla. 32801.
The LYNX Board of Directors meeting is open to the public. Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, the executive session meeting will be held behind closed doors with only the following executive session members in attendance:
- Cindy Townsend, Legal Counsel, Bell & Roper
- Pat Christiansen, General Counsel, Akerman LLP
- James E. Harrison, Esq. P.E., LYNX CEO
- LYNX Board Members:
- Commissioner Lee Constantine, Seminole County, Chairman
- Mayor Buddy Dyer, City of Orlando, Vice-Chairman
- Mayor Jerry Demings, Orange County
- Commissioner Viviana Janer, Osceola County
- Secretary Michael Shannon, Florida Department of Transportation Dist. 5
Additionally, a certified court reporter from Orlando Legal will be present to record the
executive session.
