   (a) Advise the Board on legal liability of both the Board and individual Board members for Sunshine Law violations;
   (b) Review and analyze prior Sunshine Law compliance by the Board;
   (c) Recommend remedial action to address any prior Sunshine Law violations
   and assist the Board is taking such remedial action; and
   (d) Advise on necessary steps to ensure compliance with the Sunshine Law on a going-forward basis.

   (a) Investment consultant’s report and recommendations December 2012 through December 2015
   (b) Custodian replacement, search and contract
   (c) Investment manager replacements, searches and contracts
