The LYNX See & Say app allows customers to communicate transit threats and safety and security concerns in real-time.
This safety and security application provides additional support resources with local law enforcement, LYNX map brochures and a quick incident reporting process that is monitored 24 hours a day. Users are encouraged to use the “Call 911” button to report immediate emergency concerns.

United To Stop Human Trafficking
What To Look For
Look for signs of control, vulnerability, recruitment or any indication that a person is involved
in commercial sex and/or labor trafficking.
- Not allowed to speak for themselves or make eye contact
- Tickets, money, ID, or phone controlled by another person
- Offers to exchange sex for anything of value
- Minors traveling without adult supervision
- Individuals who seem confused, panicked or afraid
- Visible scars or injuries, i.e. wrists, or cigarette burns on their body
- Avoid eye contact and appears hesitant to talk
- Youth in possession of hotel/motel keys/cards, lots of cash, prepaid credit cards
Possible indicators of sex and labor trafficking and recruitment for transit:
- Individuals in the transit center approach people who look vulnerable and young
- Individuals who are promoting “modeling agencies”, talent or travel and/or employment
How To Report It
- Call 911 and have law enforcement respond. Dial 1.800.962.2873 if a suspected minor
