ACCESS LYNX to Roll Out Enhanced Online Trip Scheduler

The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority’s (LYNX) mobility service division that operates the ACCESS LYNX paratransit service will offer customers an updated online trip scheduler on March 13.

The platform called WebACCESS will now offer paratransit customers an easier experience in reserving and scheduling ACCESS LYNX trips on personal computers or mobile devices directly through the secure website https://myaccesslynx.golynx.com.

Customers will be able to manage their own trips without the need to call LYNX customer service. The enhanced version of WebACCESS will provide customers more scheduling independence, more accurate pick up times and minimize scheduling adjustments.

Customers needing more information are asked to call 407-841-LYNX (5969) and select option 3.
