I-4 Amelia Street Ramp Closure and Detour

Planned Work w/ Reroute

Beginning Tuesday evening (Apr 2), the Amelia Street exit ramp on eastbound I-4 will be closed for approximately 18 months due to the I-4 Ultimate project. The following detour will be in effect for Links 38, 50, 300 and 441:

• All buses traveling to LYNX Central Station (LCS) via I-4 will exit at the new ramp to Amelia Street/Colonial Drive (no longer use the South Street exit).
• Follow exit ramp to Colonial Drive and follow the Texas U-turn under the I-4 bridge back to Hughey Avenue
• Follow Hughey Avenue back to Amelia Street (stay in left lane after I-4 entrance)
• Left on Amelia Street to LCS.

Why is service being changed?
Due to I-4 construction.
