In the ongoing attempt to curb the COVID-19 pandemic, follow the statewide stay-at-home order and practice physical distancing LYNX will host the next Board of Directors and Oversight Meetings virtually.

The board meeting will be held 1 p.m. April 23 by calling 646-558-8656 and entering 
meeting ID: 98330217471. 

The oversight meeting will now be at 11 a.m. April 23 by calling 646-558-8656 and entering
meeting ID: 97563780695.  

Alternative methods have been established for LYNX to receive public comment during these virtual meetings.  Written public comments can be emailed to publiccomments@golynx.com, entered at golynx.com/contactus and select Public Comments under the dropdown menu, mailed or dropped off at:

Comments received by the start of each meeting will be read and become part of the meeting notes. Those wishing to provide comment in person must come to the LYNX Board Room to be connected to the virtual meeting.

Currently LYNX is operating a modified service schedule. All information regarding how the agency is protecting the community is available at www.golynx.com/coronavirusinfo.

LYNX is following all recommendations set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health departments to continue safely moving passengers throughout Central Florida. If customers are sick or travel isn't essential, the agency requests those customers please stay home and not ride LYNX.

Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes states that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
