ACCESS LYNX Call Center Experiencing Delays

LYNX continues to experience technical difficulties with its ACCESS LYNX reservation line 407-423-TRIP (8747). Repair crews are currently working to resolve the issue.

The agency is asking customers who wish to book a trip to continue calling the reservation line as some calls are getting through. Customers can also book their trips online through WebACCESS.

LYNX appreciates customers’ patience as the agency transitions to a mobility management model.
