This Privacy Policy ("Policy") covers how the Central Florida
Regional Transportation Authority d/b/a LYNX (hereinafter, "LYNX")
treats personal information that it collects and receives from you

information is information about you or your clients that is
personally identifiable like name, address, e-mail address, or
phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Such

LYNX products and services. This Policy does not apply to the
practices of companies that LYNX does not own or control, or to
people that LYNX does not employ or manage.

The Florida Public Records Law, Fla. Stat. § 119.01 et
seq. sets forth Florida's policy regarding the access to
state public records. "It is the policy of this state that all
state, county, and municipal records are open for personal
inspection and copying by any person. Providing access to public
records is a duty of each agency." Fla. Stat. § 119.01.
"Every person who has custody of a public record shall permit the
record to be inspected and copied by any person desiring to do so,
at any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions, and under
supervision by the custodian of the public records." Fla. Stat. §
119.07

Public Records Notice
NOTICE: E-MAIL ADDRESSES ARE PUBLIC RECORDS. Under Florida law,
e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail
address released in response to a public-records request, do not

advised that any written communication received by LYNX is also a
public record under Florida law and is subject to being released

Collection of Personal Information
When you engage in activities on this Site, you may be asked to
provide certain information about yourself by filling out and
submitting an online form. Your visit to this Site is voluntary and
it is completely optional for you to engage in these
activities. Depending upon the activity, some of the
