On Friday, Nov. 21, Orange Avenue will be closed from Robinson Street to Anderson Street at 9:00 pm until Sunday, Nov. 23 at 3:00 am. due to the opening of the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center and multiple events in downtown Orlando including the Florida Classic.
