Customer Satisfaction Survey

Now through May 1 LYNX in partnership with ABBG is conducting a customer satisfaction survey. Let us know what you think about our service and you will receive an All-Day Fixed Route bus pass. Plus, for every 100 survey responses received you will be entered into a random drawing for a 30-Day pass. After the survey ends, an email will be sent to you with information on how to collect your pass.*

This same survey is being conducted by dozens of transit agencies across the nation at the same time, so that they can find out what their passengers think of the service they provide. These cities and LYNX will compare the results of the surveys, so together we can learn from each other and work toward providing you even better service.

Your information and your responses will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.

*We anticipate bus passes to be distributed the first week of June. Please provide a current email address or phone number when filling out the survey so we can notify you when your bus pass is ready for pickup. Only one survey entry per customer.
