Now through May 5 LYNX in partnership with ABBG is conducting a customer satisfaction survey. We would like to know what you think of our service.
This same survey is being conducted by dozens of transit agencies across the nation at the same time, so that they can find out what their passengers think of the service they provide. These cities and LYNX will compare the results of the surveys, so together we can learn from each other and work toward providing you even better service.
