Seminole County and the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX) have finalized plans to add a NeighborLink (NL) flex service in the Goldsboro area.
The new NL 651 Goldsboro service will begin April 14 and operate 5 a.m.-8:55 p.m. Monday-Saturday. The 2.64 square mile service boundaries for the
NL 651 will be West Airport Boulevard, West 25th Street, French Avenue/17-92 and State Road 46. Once an hour, the route will operate as local bus service from the intersection of West Airport Boulevard and West 25th Street serving the Seminole County Health Department and Seminole Centre SuperStop on 17-92.
NeighborLink passengers must call 407-244-0808 at least two hours before they want to travel and schedule a pickup time. A LYNX vehicle will pick them up and provide transportation anywhere within the designated service area or to the nearest bus stop. It will also serve the Sanford SunRail Station by appointment only.
During the next week LYNX Customer Service representatives will be at the Seminole Centre SuperStop to hand out passenger information.
