Medicaid Notification

To all ACCESS LYNX Medicaid Customers,

Important changes are taking place regarding your medical transportation needs.  Please read the information below carefully.

Effective March 1, 2015, ACCESS LYNX will no longer be your Medicaid transportation provider.  MTM has been named as the transportation provider for the Orange, Seminole, and Osceola County service area.  If you currently have subscription service with ACCESS LYNX, your trip information will be provided to MTM.  If you book individual medical trips, please contact MTM at 1-844-239-5974.  You will be required to supply MTM the same information that you previously supplied to ACCESS LYNX.  Should you have any questions, please contact Medicaid directly at 1-877-254-1055.
