LYNX to Offer Tunes in the Terminal Summer Concert Series

Weekly Food Truck Bazaar Added this Year

Once again the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX) downtown terminal will host some hot music and cool tunes.

Every Tuesday 11:30 a.m. July 1-29, a free hour-long Tunes in the Terminal concert will showcase musical talent from Central Florida entertainers at LYNX Central Station (LCS).

Added this year will be a weekly food truck bazaar featuring some of Central Florida’s best culinary delights on wheels. Those scheduled to participate will be 900 Degreez Pizza, Mama’s Fixins, The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, KBurgers and the Korean BBQ Taco Box.

The first musical performance will be singer, songwriter Evan Taylor Jones. Last year Jones performed his soul and acoustic set at more than 100 shows around the state.

Throughout the summer passengers and simply those passing by LCS will hear music ranging from pop to classical tunes.

The agency views these shows as a way to thank passengers for their loyalty and ridership through a fun, entertaining and grooving experience.

More information will be provided during July on golynx.com, facebook.com/golynx and via Twitter @lynxbusorlando.
