May Public Workshops to Review Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan

The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX) will be hosting public workshops May 9, 13 and 15 to review a draft 2013-18 Transportation Disadvantage Service Plan (TDSP).

As the designated Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) for Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties, LYNX must ensure transportation services funded through federal, state and local sources are consistent and coordinated across the service area. This blueprint for transportation disadvantage services will focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiency and performing to meet the community's needs. LYNX updates the TDSP annually.

The public comment period will be May 1-31. Comments will be accepted at all public meetings and/or workshops. Additional public comments may be entered here (select "TDSP" under "How Can We Help You"), mailed or delivered to LYNX Central Station, 455 N. Garland Ave., Orlando, Fla. 32801, ATTN: PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
