ACCESS LYNX Call Center Issues Resolved

LYNX and AT&T have resolved the ACCESS LYNX reservation line issues.

LYNX and AT&T reconfigured system settings for proper call flow operations. Customers can now call the ACCESS LYNX reservation line 407-423-TRIP (8747) to book their trips.

The agency has been monitoring the system since the repair and no issues have been reported. LYNX IT will continue to monitor the system for the next 24 hours.
